Health & Dental
Agawa offers comprehensive health and dental insurance. We are self-funded and partner with Anthem BCBS and will help make contributions to meet your insurance needs.
Sick Pay
Staying healthy means taking time for our health. Agawa offers sick pay accrual to all staff for those times when we need to care for ourselves and our families.
Vacation
Full-time and part-time year-round staff are immediately eligible for our paid vacation program that increases in earned time with each year of continuous employment. Seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible.
Paid Holidays
Agawa offers six paid holidays throughout the year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Retirement
Agawa partners with Principal Financial and Goodwin Financial to help employees with retirement. After 1 year of continuous employment, we'll sponsor 1% of your wage and match up 3% of your contributions.
